Implementation of the LORI system at Schwarz-Transport

CID International is now actively cooperating with Schwarz-Transport , a transport and logistics company from South Moravia, specializing in domestic and international transport of goods, especially to the Austrian market. In 2024, the target concept for the delivery of the LORI ( Transportation Management System ) information system was accepted and a contract for its implementation was concluded. The start of routine operations is scheduled for April 2025.
The LORI system provides a modern solution for efficient transport planning and data evaluation. It offers dispatchers a constant overview of order and transport statuses, which can be shared with customers via a web platform.
Key features of the LORI system:
- Dispatcher sheet: Enables efficient transport planning and immediate overview of orders and vehicles.
- Map data: Map services provide route planning including toll calculation and subsequent display of the actual route traveled for comparison and evaluation
- Mobile app: Scheduled trips are sent to drivers on a mobile app that allows for electronic vehicle operation logging, including document scanning and communication with dispatchers.
- Notification: The dispatcher is informed about various situations, such as a vehicle going off the planned route, or loading a smaller or larger number of shipments, or about late loading or unloading.
- Data evaluation: Managers have access to a range of economic and operational outputs that allow them to manage the company more effectively.
By implementing the LORI system, Schwarz-Transport expects to improve efficiency, better control over transport operations and improve customer service.
